Receba as condições
Respondemos com a licença adequada (por projeto ou para agências), o valor e como pagar.
Receba o certificado
Depois de confirmado o pagamento, enviamos o certificado da licença comercial, com o número, o âmbito e a validade. Guarde-o: é a prova da sua licença.

No uso gratuito, mantenha este aviso visível no rodapé ou na página de créditos do projeto. Se o projeto não tiver páginas públicas, ponha-o no README.

Revender ou redistribuir o QPBase isolado, usá-lo (ou o que aprender com o seu interior) para criar um produto concorrente, e remover os avisos de copyright. Ler e modificar o código para integrar o QPBase nos seus projetos é permitido, e qualquer programador ou assistente de IA pode fazê-lo.

This software and its associated files (the "Software") are the proprietary
property of Osama Riches (Zacarias Guilherme João) (the "Author"). The Author grants you the limited rights
below.

1. FREE USE (no fee)
You may use the Software at no cost, and run it on your own hosting, for:
- personal projects, learning, research, testing and evaluation;
- non-profit, community and charitable projects.

2. COMMERCIAL USE (paid license required)
"Commercial Use" means using the Software in, or delivering it with, a project
that (a) is built for a client in exchange for payment, or (b) is operated by
or for a business or organization to earn revenue.
Commercial Use requires a separate commercial license from the Author before
the project goes live. To obtain one, contact: licenca@isabstudio.dev

3. ATTRIBUTION (Free Use)
Under Free Use you must keep a visible notice "Powered by QPBase" in the
project, in its footer or credits page or, if the project has no public pages,
in its README. A commercial license may allow you to remove this notice.

4. WORKING WITH THE SOFTWARE
Under either license, you, your developers, and any AI assistant or AI coding
tool, from any provider, working on your behalf may read, install, configure,
integrate and adapt the Software for your projects. No specific or "authorized"
AI system is required. You may modify the Software as needed to integrate it
into your projects. Reading and modifying the source code for these purposes
is allowed.

5. STRICTLY PROHIBITED
- Selling, sublicensing or redistributing the Software on its own, or as a
standalone product, separate from an integrated project.
- Using the Software, or what you learn from its internals, to create a
competing storage or database product. Extracting its architecture or
algorithms to replicate them in another product is not allowed.
- Removing or altering any proprietary notices, copyright headers or license
texts (except the attribution notice where a commercial license allows it).

6. NO WARRANTY
The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Unauthorized
use or distribution may result in legal action.
